She is my wife Se-Jung Kim. When I saw her for the first time she looked very energetic. Our first date was climbing a mountain. It was Mt. Jiri and it is a beautiful and the highest mountain in South Korean peninsula. Imagine a lady who has neither washed her face nor changed clothes for 3 days in the mountain area. On the contrary to general men's falling in love, I was impressed by her no make-up face and not dressed up appearances. Without them, she was beautiful enough to me. :) Now, she is interning at Samsung Medical Center.

I trust her heart and sincerity to the world.  I wish everlasting love in our life with blessing of God. In addition to this, I dream we will  spread our fragrance to our neighbors as well as our children.

My parents live in Gwangyang-si, Korea and the small town 'Jinwol-myeon' is their hometown as well as place of my birth. As the word 'Jinwol' means a ferry of moonrise, Jinwol is the downstream area of a beautiful river 'Sumjin' and a typical rural villages surrounded by mountains, fields and streams. My parents have lived in Jinwol for linger than 50 years and they got married and gave birth to me in the town. I am really curious how their dates were. :)

My father, he has been a very thoughtful advisor to me. And as all Korean mothers do, my mother has devoted herself for their children. I heard they were looking forward to studying continuously when they were a boy and a girl. Unfortunately, at that moment their family circumstances were not enough to support their studies.

The very left picture was taken at my graduation ceremony for Ph.D degree conferment. I remember they were really happy at the moment. I hope it relieves their lingering regrets. Look at the figure. The gown becomes my father very well. It wasn't for me.

It is funny that she is short and he is tall. And I am in-between. :)
